Community Well: Kanadukathan Community Center

Kanadukathan is a UNESCO recognized heritage village in India.  Vena Savanna Madam  is a  community center used by residents of this village for a variety of community needs and events.  This 200 year old building was abandoned and is now being renovated.  With the help of funds from  Water for Water, this community center now has its own well and gets a copious supply of water.  This will not only help meet the water needs of this heritage building but also the needs of the village community.
